Travel Costs and Service Area

We provide our services in Germany within a radius of up to 150 km from Idstein (65510).

Travel costs are not fixed and are calculated individually depending on the event location. The calculation takes into account the distance, travel time, and organizational effort required for the trip.

To calculate the travel costs accurately, please include the following in your request:

• event city
• postal code
• event date and format

Based on this information, we will check availability and inform you of the exact travel costs before confirming the booking.

A booking is considered confirmed only after all details, including travel costs, have been agreed upon.

If your event takes place outside our standard service area, we will be happy to review the possibility of travel individually.
